Teresa's experience spans decades of leading, developing and supporting a wide range of businesses and staff. She is passionate about solving problems that result from businesses being overwhelmed and under-performing. With over 25 years of experience in the call center industry alone, Teresa is an expert in providing the support that businesses need. Teresa lives in Parker, Colorado and enjoys fine wine, The Denver Broncos, her two boys, entertaining, shopping...and shoes.

President and CEO

Tom Wasilchin

Tom has been involved in the call center industry for over 20 years, primarily focused on sales and operations. Throughout Tom's career, he has not only continually expanded call center operations, but has also dedicated his efforts to the professional development and success of his employees. Tom and his wife Viera have two daughters, and live in Littleton, Colorado. He enjoys all sports and spending time with his entire family, all of whom live in beautiful Colorado.
