Tom has been involved in the call center industry for over 20 years, primarily focused on sales and operations. Throughout Tom's career, he has not only continually expanded call center operations, but has also dedicated his efforts to the professional development and success of his employees.
Tom and his wife Viera have two daughters, and live in Littleton, Colorado. He enjoys all sports and spending time with his entire family, all of whom live in beautiful Colorado.

Michelle has been in the call center industry since 2012. She has extensive consultative sales experience as well as operations, training and coaching experience. As an account manager, she is the primary point of contact for clients and she works closely with our operations team to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
Michelle lives in North Carolina with her husband and two daughters. They enjoy traveling and spending time at the beach.
